📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage the financial health of assigned clients, ensuring accurate and timely reporting.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, suppliers, and internal teams.
• Provide expert advice on financial matters, helping clients make informed decisions.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Monitor accounts receivable, ensuring timely collection and resolution of outstanding invoices.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless financial operations.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in financial management.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of financial strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Management Accounts or Accounts Receivable.
• Proven experience in the hospitality industry is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
• Familiarity with accounting software such as QuickBooks or SAP is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
