In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring their money transfers are processed accurately and efficiently using our proprietary system. You'll work in a fast-paced environment, handling both walk-in customers and phone inquiries, while maintaining a high level of accuracy and confidentiality.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Process cash transactions accurately and efficiently using our proprietary system.
• Provide excellent customer service, answering inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Maintain accurate records of all cash transactions and customer information.
• Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and internal policies.
• Handle cash deposits and withdrawals, ensuring proper documentation and reconciliation.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to cash transactions.
• Assist in training new staff and maintaining a positive work environment.
• Participate in regular team meetings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a cash handling or customer service role, preferably in the financial services industry.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial transactions.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Proficiency in using computer systems and software for financial transactions.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Knowledge of Indonesian financial regulations and best practices.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Valid ID and proof of residency in Bali.
