📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment and selection process, including coordinating interviews and maintaining candidate records.,Support the HR team in the administration of employee benefits and compensation packages.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and documentation.,Support the HR team in the organization and execution of HR-related events and activities.,Assist in the preparation of HR reports and data analysis.,Provide general administrative support to the HR department as needed.,Contribute to a positive and inclusive work environment for all employees.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,1-3 years of experience in HR administration or a related field.,Strong knowledge of HR processes, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.,Excellent organizational and time-management skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations is a plus.
