As an Event Manager at Radii Global, you’ll be the creative force behind our events, working closely with clients to bring their visions to life. You’ll manage vendor relationships, coordinate logistics, and ensure every detail is flawlessly executed. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Plan and execute a variety of events, including corporate gatherings, conferences, and social events, ensuring they meet client expectations and exceed guest satisfaction.
• Coordinate with vendors, including venues, caterers, and entertainment providers, to secure and manage all event logistics.
• Create detailed event timelines, budgets, and contracts, ensuring all aspects are well-documented and executed on time.
• Manage and maintain event databases and CRM systems, such as Eventbrite and Salesforce, to track guest lists, RSVPs, and follow-ups.
• Oversee on-site event operations, ensuring smooth execution and addressing any issues that arise.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to promote events and engage attendees through social media and email campaigns.
• Analyze post-event feedback and data to continuously improve event planning and execution.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices in event management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in event planning and management, with a proven track record of successful event execution.
• Proficient in using event management software such as Cvent, Bizzabo, or Eventora.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple events simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
• Creative problem-solving abilities and a detail-oriented mindset.
• Familiarity with Bali’s event venues and local regulations is a plus.
• Fluent in English, with additional language skills (e.g., Indonesian, French, etc.) a strong asset.
