📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the recruitment process from job posting to onboarding.,Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.,Handle employee relations, including conflicts and grievances.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback.,Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.,Oversee employee benefits and compensation.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth HR operations.,Manage employee training and development programs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR management.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
