📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage daily operations of the assigned outlet, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.,Supervise and train staff to maintain high standards of service and sales performance.,Monitor and report sales performance, inventory levels, and customer satisfaction.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Conduct regular inventory checks and manage stock levels to prevent overstocking or stockouts.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.,Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to achieve company targets.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management, preferably in a similar role.,Proven track record of managing high-performing outlets and driving sales growth.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with retail software and point-of-sale systems.,Knowledge of marketing strategies and customer relationship management.,Ability to travel and work in different locations as required.
