PT Antar Nusa is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Assistant Fleet Coordinator to join our team in Tenggarong, Kalimantan Timur. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the coordination and management of the company's fleet of vehicles.,Monitor and maintain accurate records of vehicle usage, maintenance, and fuel consumption.,Schedule and arrange vehicle maintenance, repairs, and servicing.,Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.,Coordinate with drivers and maintenance personnel to address any issues or concerns.,Assist in the preparation of reports and documentation related to fleet operations.,Support the Fleet Coordinator in implementing and improving fleet management processes.,Participate in safety audits and inspections to ensure adherence to safety standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Transportation, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.,Strong understanding of vehicle maintenance and repair procedures.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using fleet management software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Valid driver's license and experience in driving commercial vehicles is a plus.,Fluency in both Indonesian and English is a strong plus.
