📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the branch, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.,Manage and develop a team of employees, providing leadership and guidance to achieve branch goals.,Implement and maintain effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure proper stock management to minimize waste and maximize profitability.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to employees.,Develop and maintain positive customer relationships, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.,Participate in training and development programs for employees to enhance their skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role in a retail or sales environment.,Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.,Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software tools.,Knowledge of retail operations and industry best practices.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
