📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and coordinate the activities of the department to ensure efficient and effective operations.,Develop and implement departmental strategies and goals in alignment with the overall objectives of the company.,Supervise and mentor team members, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their full potential.,Monitor and evaluate the performance of team members, providing regular feedback and coaching.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.,Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.,Represent the department at meetings and events as required.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
