📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences, providing personalized fashion advice.
• Assist in stock management and ensure the store is well-stocked with the latest trends and best-selling items.
• Collaborate with the team to maintain a clean, organized, and inviting store environment.
• Promote our brand and products through social media and in-store marketing activities.
• Stay updated on the latest fashion trends and industry news to provide informed recommendations to customers.
• Handle cash transactions and manage the point of sale system efficiently.
• Participate in inventory counts and restocking activities to ensure accurate records.
• Support the store manager in achieving daily sales targets and store performance goals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a sales or retail environment, preferably in the fashion industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong customer relationships.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Familiarity with point of sale (POS) systems and inventory management software.
• Knowledge of men's fashion trends and a keen eye for style.
• Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Enthusiasm for the fashion industry and a passion for helping customers find the perfect fit.
