📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain financial records and documents.,Prepare and process invoices, receipts, and other financial documents.,Assist in the preparation of financial reports and statements.,Coordinate with accounting and finance teams to ensure accurate and timely financial data.,Monitor and manage cash flow and bank reconciliations.,Handle vendor payments and ensure timely processing.,Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities.,Provide administrative support to the finance department.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in financial administration or a related role.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with financial software and systems is a plus.
