📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.,Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.,Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for product improvement.,Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to management.,Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to drive sales growth.,Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction.,Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to promote the company and its products.,Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in a B2B or B2C environment.,Strong knowledge of sales techniques, strategies, and best practices.,Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using sales tools and software, such as CRM systems.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with Indonesian market and industry trends.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
