Sentosa Healthcare is seeking a dynamic and passionate Junior Restaurant Manager to join our team in Samarinda. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring excellent customer service and maintaining high standards of food quality and presentation. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and food preparation.,Ensure excellent customer service and maintain high standards of food quality and presentation.,Manage and train restaurant staff, including waitstaff, kitchen staff, and other support personnel.,Monitor and maintain food and beverage inventory levels, and place orders as needed.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, and maintain a clean and safe working environment.,Develop and implement marketing and promotional strategies to attract and retain customers.,Monitor and analyze sales and operational performance, and make recommendations for improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Recent graduate or someone with limited experience in the hospitality industry.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks.,Familiarity with restaurant operations, including food and beverage service, inventory management, and staff training.,Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.,Willingness to learn and adapt to new situations and challenges.,Ability to work well in a team environment and take direction from management.,Valid food handler's permit or willingness to obtain one.
