📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and oversee the construction of hotels and hospitality projects, ensuring they meet client requirements and industry standards.,Lead a team of architects, designers, and construction professionals to deliver projects on time and within budget.,Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide creative solutions that exceed their expectations.,Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and safety standards.,Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders.,Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior architects and designers.,Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in the hospitality industry.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in architectural design and project management in the hospitality industry.,Proven track record of successful project delivery.,Strong knowledge of architectural software and design tools.,Excellent communication and leadership skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in English is a must, and proficiency in Indonesian is a plus.
