📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and ledgers,Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements,Process and reconcile bank transactions, ensuring accuracy and timeliness,Monitor and report on financial performance, providing insights and recommendations to management,Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations,Supervise and mentor junior bookkeepers and accounting staff,Coordinate with other departments to ensure accurate and timely financial information,Assist in the preparation of tax returns and financial reports for audits

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in bookkeeping or accounting, with at least 2 years in a leadership role,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and IFRS,Proficiency in accounting software, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills,Strong communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Fluency in English and Indonesian languages
