📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Sourcing and screening potential candidates for various job openings.,Conducting initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' qualifications and fit for the role.,Collaborating with hiring managers to understand job requirements and ensure a smooth hiring process.,Managing the recruitment process from start to finish, including coordinating with internal teams and external partners.,Maintaining a strong network of potential candidates and industry contacts.,Providing regular updates on recruitment activities and progress to the hiring manager.,Ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations regarding recruitment and employment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or a related field.,Strong understanding of the local job market and industry trends.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
