Rejeki Citra Restaurant is looking for a dedicated and experienced Captain to lead our team and ensure exceptional service to our guests. This is a remote position, allowing you to manage operations from anywhere while maintaining a strong connection with our team and customers.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth running of the restaurant.,Manage and train staff to deliver high-quality service.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.,Monitor inventory and ensure adequate stock levels.,Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for timely deliveries.,Assist in planning and executing special events and promotions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience as a Captain or similar role in the restaurant industry.,Proven leadership and team management skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with restaurant operations and management practices.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Knowledge of health and safety regulations is a plus.,Experience with remote management tools and software is a plus.
