📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee daily pharmacy operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.,Coordinate with the pharmacy team to ensure smooth workflow and timely service delivery.,Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure stock levels are adequate.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints, providing excellent service and support.,Assist in the preparation and distribution of medications and supplies.,Monitor and report on key performance indicators to ensure operational excellence.,Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.,Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in pharmacy operations or a related field.,Familiarity with pharmacy software and systems.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.,Valid pharmacy license or certification (preferred but not mandatory).,Proficiency in Indonesian and English (spoken and written).
