PT Yudha Cakrawala is looking for a dedicated Training Officer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering training programs that align with the company's goals. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in training and development, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and develop training programs that meet the needs of the organization and its employees.,Deliver training sessions both in-person and virtually.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.,Collaborate with managers and employees to identify training needs and goals.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in training and development.,Assist in the development and implementation of employee development plans.,Provide feedback and support to employees on their performance and development.,Maintain accurate records of training activities and outcomes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in training and development.,Strong knowledge of training methodologies and techniques.,Excellent communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other relevant training software.,Familiarity with remote training tools and platforms.
