As a Room Attendant, you will be responsible for ensuring that our guests' rooms are impeccably clean and well-maintained. You will work closely with our housekeeping team to deliver outstanding service and create a memorable experience for our guests.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Maintain and clean guest rooms to the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation,Perform daily inspections of rooms to ensure that they are ready for new guests,Stock and maintain room amenities, including towels, linens, and toiletries,Follow and implement housekeeping protocols and procedures,Work collaboratively with the housekeeping team to ensure efficient and effective operations,Provide exceptional guest service and address any concerns or requests in a timely and professional manner,Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all aspects of the job,Adhere to health and safety regulations and guidelines

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent,Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality industry,Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Familiarity with housekeeping equipment and tools,Friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor,Ability to lift and move heavy objects
