Sentosa Shipping is looking for a highly motivated and experienced Senior Area Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and developing the sales and marketing activities in the Sleman, DI Yogyakarta region. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and marketing, with excellent leadership and communication skills.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to achieve company goals.,Manage and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve targets.,Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.,Monitor market trends and competitors to identify opportunities and threats.,Develop and present reports on sales performance and market conditions to senior management.,Provide training and development opportunities for the sales team.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the shipping or logistics industry.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Proficiency in using sales and marketing software and tools.,Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages is a plus.
