📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Manage store operations including inventory, sales, and customer service.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Monitor store performance and implement improvement strategies.
  • Train and supervise junior staff members.
  • Handle cash handling and financial transactions.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in store administration or retail management.
  • Proven track record in managing store operations.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Familiarity with retail software and POS systems.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Fluency in Indonesian and English.
