Shop Assistant - Immediate

Makmur Adi Cafe & Coffee is looking for a Shop Assistant to join our team. We are a growing business in the heart of Bontang, and we are looking for a motivated and hardworking individual to help us provide excellent customer service and maintain the quality of our products.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Assist customers with their orders and provide excellent customer service.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the shop.
• Prepare and serve coffee and other beverages.
• Restock shelves and manage inventory.
• Work with the team to ensure that the shop runs smoothly.
• Follow all health and safety guidelines.
• Assist with any other tasks as required.
• Ensure that all transactions are processed accurately and efficiently.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Previous experience in a customer service or retail environment is a plus.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 20 pounds.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time.
• Ability to work weekends and holidays as required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Familiarity with coffee and other beverages is a plus.
