📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and optimize SMT processes to ensure high-quality production,Troubleshoot and resolve production issues to maintain efficiency,Conduct process validation and documentation to meet industry standards,Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve production goals,Monitor and maintain SMT equipment to ensure optimal performance,Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions,Train and mentor junior engineers to develop their skills

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field,Minimum 3 years of experience in SMT process engineering,Strong understanding of SMT equipment and processes,Proficient in using SMT process control software,Knowledge of industry standards and regulations,Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills,Strong communication and teamwork skills,Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
