📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Install, configure, and maintain audiovisual equipment for indoor and outdoor events, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner, minimizing downtime and ensuring smooth event execution.
• Collaborate with event planners, production teams, and clients to understand their specific needs and deliver tailored AV solutions.
• Perform regular maintenance and calibration of audiovisual equipment to ensure top-quality performance.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in the audiovisual industry, and recommend improvements to enhance our services.
• Document all technical work, including setups, troubleshooting steps, and maintenance records, for future reference.
• Assist in training and supporting junior technicians, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
• Work closely with the project manager to ensure all AV setups are completed on time and within budget.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 3 years of experience in AV technical support, with a strong background in both indoor and outdoor event setups.
• Proven expertise in configuring and troubleshooting AV equipment, including sound systems, projectors, screens, and lighting.
• Familiarity with industry-standard tools and software such as Extron, Biamp, Crestron, and other AV control systems.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in fast-paced environments.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with clients, team members, and stakeholders.
• Ability to lift and move heavy equipment safely and efficiently.
• Valid driver's license and the ability to drive company vehicles.
• Willingness to travel and work in various locations across Bali, including remote sites.
