• Develop and implement strategic HR programs to support the company's growth and development.
• Design and deliver training and development initiatives for employees.
• Conduct workshops and seminars to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of HR initiatives and make recommendations for improvement.
• Work closely with the leadership team to align HR programs with the company's strategic objectives.
• Utilize HR software such as SAP SuccessFactors and BambooHR to manage HR processes.
• Collaborate with other HR departments to ensure the smooth operation of HR functions.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in HR development.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR development, preferably in the energy sector.
• Certification in HR development or a related field is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of HR software such as SAP SuccessFactors and BambooHR.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proven track record of developing and implementing successful HR programs.
• Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
