📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide direct patient care to critically ill patients in the ICU.
• Monitor and record vital signs, including heart rate, blood pressure, oxygen saturation, and temperature.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the healthcare team.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Perform advanced nursing procedures, such as central line insertion, arterial line placement, and IV therapy.
• Document patient care activities accurately and comprehensively in the electronic medical record.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and clinical research studies.
• Promote a safe and comfortable environment for patients and staff.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in critical care nursing.
• Certification as a Registered Nurse (RN) in Indonesia.
• Experience using Epic or another EMR system.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-stress environment.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Willingness to relocate to Bali.
