As a Creative Growth Lead, you’ll be responsible for developing and implementing creative campaigns that align with our brand’s vision. You’ll work with designers, copywriters, and influencers to produce high-quality content that tells our brand’s story and connects with our audience. With a competitive salary of Rp 10,000,000 - Rp 15,000,000 per bulan, this is an exciting opportunity to grow your career in the fashion industry.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and execute social media strategies that drive engagement and brand loyalty.
• Create high-quality content, including graphics, videos, and copy, that aligns with our brand’s vision.
• Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and influencers to produce compelling content.
• Monitor and analyze social media performance to optimize campaigns and strategies.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in social media marketing.
• Manage and grow our social media presence across various platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
• Conduct market research to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
• Report on campaign performance and provide recommendations for future strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in social media marketing and content strategy.
• Proficient in using social media tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, and Canva.
• Strong understanding of fashion industry trends and consumer behavior.
• Excellent communication and project management skills.
• Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and visual design.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian.
