📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Design and develop interactive e-learning courses using platforms like Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, or similar tools.
• Create engaging multimedia content, including videos, animations, and interactive simulations, to enhance the learning experience.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure course content is accurate, up-to-date, and aligned with educational standards.
• Optimize e-learning materials for various devices and learning management systems (LMS) such as Moodle, Blackboard, or Canvas.
• Conduct user testing and gather feedback to continuously improve the quality and effectiveness of digital learning materials.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in e-learning development and incorporate them into your work.
• Provide technical support and training to educators and learners on the use of e-learning platforms and tools.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of innovative e-learning solutions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in e-learning development, preferably in the education sector.
• Proficient in e-learning authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, or similar platforms.
• Strong understanding of instructional design principles and learning theories.
• Experience with learning management systems (LMS) like Moodle, Blackboard, or Canvas.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with multimedia software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or Premiere Pro is a plus.
